Temple of Light
November 2023 Monthly Service Notice
Good morning to all. This is the Invitation to participate in the next Temple of Light service, which will be focused by focused by Marsha Bogolin from Salmon Arm, B.C. on Sunday, November 26, 2023 @ 10 am Pacific Time; 1 pm Eastern Time
In my files, I found these few words spoken by Martin Cecil, and they are significant now:
“Something has begun to come together that is not made by human hands. This form has been described as the true vine, which bears fruit. Usually when consideration is given to this matter of fruit it is thought of in terms of offering something to other human beings. If your life is going to bear fruit this will be known because you are so kind and nice and helpful to other people. But that is not the primary point. It is because something is being offered upward—not outward and downward but upward. The fruit of the vine is what is offered to the LORD so that there may be substance available for His use in the realm of creation. The vine has its roots in the earth. It raises its branches in the air of the spirit and brings forth fruit there. All of us have roots in the earth—but from the standpoint of this true vine it is what is present in the atmosphere of spirit that is vitally important. Then what is in the earth may be drawn up through the roots into the body of the vine—first of all into the trunk. Everyone must come through that trunk. There is a vast variety of expression possible on the basis of the spirit of God, in the air of the spirit, above the trunk, but to get above the trunk you must come through the one trunk of the true vine. There are many, many branches which arise by reason of that one trunk, but what is in the soil, what is in the pattern of humanity as such, comes through the roots into the trunk and is lifted up above the earth. Here is a living trunk, into which substance is lifted, the substance that is required to allow the branches to appear and the fruit and the leaves. All this relates to the ascending cycle, something being offered upward; and the fruit is the LORD’s—it is for Him. If fruit is born it is offered to the LORD upward; it is not scattered, like largesse, to all and sundry. This is the first requirement, that there may be something moving upward so that the LORD has substance in the realm of form for His action. Then something can move downward and outward. If we see these things in any measure we know the responsibility that is ours.”
With thanksgiving for this service opportunity, offering perfect fruit to the LORD of the One Vine, allowing Him to bless His world through our generations. David Barnes and Anne Blaney
