November Monthly Service Notice
Good morning everyone — Our next Temple of Light service will be focused by Millicent Halliday, Carol Smith and Terry Kauffman from Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, November 27, 2022 @ 10 am PT. At this point in the cycle, these words spoken by Martin Cecil in 1981 re-sound in heavenly consciousness, from a service titled The Slender Thread —
“The fate of the human race hangs upon a rather slender thread. There is this strong destructive compulsion arising out of the mass consciousness in all human beings. We have been richly blessed to become aware of another way to go. Mankind is polarized in death; but there is also available out of a heavenly consciousness what is capable of changing the polarity of human beings to life instead of death. This alternative can only be introduced as there are those individual human beings whose own living comes out of this heaven. Now, the way things have come to focus in the world, the supreme opportunity is here, in what was portrayed by Michael and His Angels contending with the dragon and his angels. Unless there are those dwelling on earth who cannot be seduced by any of the many heads of the dragon the inevitable result of complete destructiveness is assured. Here is the thread upon which the whole human race hangs. What shall control in our own individual, momentary living? That is the question. Is our polarity in life? Oh for the day when no reminders are anymore necessary because the fact is consistently there. What a wonder, what a glorious fulfilment this is. Then the tragic drama can be wound up—thank God!”
These things were emphasized in the Temple service last month, when we considered the reality of the Silver Cord of Love, which is the Slender Thread that connects everything — and it is a supreme joy to let the One Generation of our togetherness bring a thickening and an expansion of this Sacred Thread so that the One Spirit may be increasingly known in the One Body when we gather again on November 27th with Terry and Carol and Milly opening the way. We only send this Notice and Zoom link to those who have asked to be on our Mailing List, or who ask for a Zoom link for a specific service date. Please don’t pass the link to anyone.
